Hi, I’m Ashley!

A woman with long, wavy brown hair smiling outdoors with a blurred natural background.

I am a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) with 13 years of experience and founder of KindBloom Speech & Language Therapy, LLC.

I created KindBloom to be a space where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged as they grow their communication skills. I believe that progress happens through connection, play, and meaningful experiences. My values are rooted in kindness and compassion, and I am dedicated to helping children and caregivers navigate communication challenges with high quality care.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2011 and my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Virginia University in 2013. I am licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, Ohio Department of Education, and have my certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The majority of my career has been spent working full time in the public school setting working with elementary aged students. I also have experience working in private clinics, in-home therapy, and teletherapy with children of all ages.

Outside of my work, I love spending time in nature—especially hiking and capturing the small details of the natural world through macro photography of flowers and insects. I also play on a co-ed soccer team, practice yoga, and love spending time with my family and friends.

This love for growth and discovery is at the heart of KindBloom, where every child is supported as they learn and grow! 🌱
